I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers. The receptionists were great, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. It’s centrally located near the Altstadt and close to Europaplatz. They also have a breakfast buffet, training room, and massage service, though I didn’t try those.

A great place, with a good location near key attractions and friendly staff who were really helpful. There’s also a Thai massage place down the road, which was useful for recharging after all the traveling.

Very close to the city center, with a nice room, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. The staff were polite. This is how all three-star hotels should be.

They treated it as a no-show and refused a refund, even though we never went to the property. Someone who had all our booking details contacted us on WhatsApp, tried to scam us, and pushed us to pay through a fake site. The property may have been hacked, but they don't seem to care.
