The Cloud Suite Apartments

We made good use of the kitchen for proper meals, and the apartment's washing machine and dryer came in handy throughout our four nights. Everything worked, and the facilities looked and felt new. We were a family of four, and the front-desk staff were lovely, especially Khalid and Morena, who were clean, friendly and extremely helpful. Within a 3-10 minute walk there are bakeries, grocery stores, tram stops for the city centre and the ubiquitous DM drug-store. There's also a nice playground on the way to the tram for our five-year-old. The TV doesn't support Chrome casting, which disappointed the kids. There was no air conditioning either, though our one-bedroom apartment with sofa-bed had two standing fans. We'd stay again if we come back to Freiburg.

I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back. It's a great stop on the way between the Netherland and Italy, and the location in this lovely city is excellent. The place is super modern and clean, the staff are nice, and Jenna does a great job keeping everything running smoothly.

After two weeks of traveling, this was the best place we stayed in Germany. We were a family of five and really enjoyed it. The service and hospitality were amazing. Everything was clean, beautiful and well organized, and the new facility is thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed for cooking, plus a washing machine and great rooms.

We had the penthouse on the upper floor, with a huge furnished balcony, three airways and a beautiful view. The apartment was in good shape and clean, on a quiet street near the entrance to the city. Parking beneath the hotel costs 10 euros a day, and we thought it was worth it. There were five of us on a family vacation. It was our first time choosing an apartment instead of a hotel, for logistical reasons, and it worked out well. The place has everything for cooking and cleaning: coffee machine, tea kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, stove, microwave, fridge and all kinds of dishes. Restaurants, a cafe, bakery, gas station and supermarket are all within 200 metres.
