10/10
We’ve stayed at this hotel twice with the family, and both times arrived late at night to a big smile from the staff. They answered our questions quickly and were wonderful throughout, going beyond what we expected. The rooms are spacious, clean and lovely, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was very nice too. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room looked out over the lake, which was great, but there was no window or ventilation in the bathroom. We could hear the neighbors’ movies all night because there was no sound insulation. Breakfast was poor, with low quality food. Management was aggressive and rude. For what they offer, this tourist trap is far too expensive.

The staff were excellent and the hospitality was great. For the price, though, I was disappointed there wasn’t even a coffee machine in the room. The facilities could use an upgrade.

The staff and location are nice, but I wasn’t very keen on the restaurant. The Zötler Gold was lukewarm and flat, and the Mediterranean pizza was really poor.

Everyone was friendly, and everything went smoothly. They have a lift, breakfast and an underground parking garage. No problems at all.
