Our two-bedroom apartment worked perfectly for two adults and two children, and the outdoor terrace was a lovely extra. The children even made friends with a local cat, and they loved staying here. We got a warm welcome when we arrived and were shown to our room, with all the amenities pointed out so we knew where everything was. The lake beside the property is fantastic. It was busy during the day and very peaceful in the evening. This place is an absolute gem, and I’m already figuring out how to get back next year.

The restaurant is amazing, and there’s a brilliant lake just behind the hotel. It’s also in a great spot for activities and days out, including tegelberg and Füssen. The rooms feel homely and are really nice, with a kitchen setup and comfortable beds. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely recommend.

The view from this beautiful location is breathtaking, and the rooms are comfortable with pretty much everything you might need. I did feel it was a little overpriced, though. There was no room cleaning during our stay and the towels weren’t changed. For four of us staying a week, there was just one small bottle of soap when we arrived, which shocked me a bit. There’s also no receptionist around the clock, only for a few hours a day. Our drive was late, so we got there at 1 a.m. and found the entrance door closed with nobody inside. That was really surprising.

The location right by the lake is excellent, and there’s underground parking with designated spots that are a decent size even for large family cars. The kitchenette is a plus, though there’s also a pizzeria onsite. The swimming pool and sauna were okay, and dogs are allowed. Not every room has a lake view, but that wasn’t a problem for us since we planned to spend most of our time outside. It’s a very nice hotel.
