HAVENU Hotel Quartier 8

Good, minimalist service, though the bed could be better.

I stayed for the whole month and found it quiet and comfortable. The cleaning staff were amazing and always happy to help with whatever I needed. I’d recommend staying here.

My wife and I had booked six nights in advance through Booking.com. We arrived on Sunday at about 7:30 pm and found the hotel closed. A mobile number was posted on the mailbox, but nobody answered when I called. After waiting an hour, I contacted Booking.com. It took about two more hours to learn that the hotel was overbooked, so we had to arrange somewhere else to stay for all six nights ourselves. I asked for a full refund, but it took about two weeks to come through. The hotel staff never got back to me. If you can avoid this hotel, do. Scam.

The room was impossible to stay in. The bed was broken, the mattresses were loose in the room, there was rubbish on the floor, and the smell was strong and unpleasant. The person on site offered another room, but it was already occupied. No workable solution was offered, so I had to book another hotel at short notice. The contact person’s response was especially disappointing: he hung up during our conversation and wouldn’t help further. A very bad experience, and I can’t recommend the place. In the new image, you can see that all the events you claim happened supposedly took place within just two minutes. My employee received the access code at 4:54 pm and had shown me the state of the room by 4:56. I therefore ask you to retract these false claims.
