We booked at the last minute because we needed somewhere for two nights with breakfast. The room and bedding were clean, it was quiet, and the staff were lovely. We barely spoke each other's language, but managed fine. Breakfast was great, and it's well located for hiking. The beds were lumpy, though, and the towels were so thin I thought they were sheets. Without a car, there's nowhere else nearby to eat or drink. We felt it was overpriced for what you get.

The location is good, and the reception and conditions are top-notch, no complaints there. I especially recommend the three-course dinner for €22, you rarely get that. My bed had a worn mattress, though, and the shower cubicle didn't lock properly. The staff should pay more attention to those.

The room was cozy and clean, and the service was excellent. The excursion tips were useful, and the bus stop is right across from the hotel. The food was excellent too, just like Mom used to make. 👍

A simple hotel, a little dated but clean and comfortable. The service was very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were good. Parking and the bus stop are right in front, and it's a great base for hikes.

It's a quiet, very nice hotel and an ideal base for hikers exploring Saxon Switzerland. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and make you feel comfortable right away by taking care of your needs. I'd gladly come back.
