The interior is old, the Wi-Fi was very slow at 1.6-3.5 MB/s, and there was a problem with free parking. By 9 o'clock, the buffet was empty.

Penny is just 10 steps across from the hotel, which was handy. The location is pretty good, and the staff were helpful. I stayed one night and everything was fine.

There weren't enough parking spots, and the room service was poor. On the sixth floor there was no Wi-Fi, and there were more problems besides.
