We slept really well and then had an amazing breakfast. If your room looks onto the parking lot, take a look out around sunrise: the view is open, with the Alps in the background. We only know a little German and no Schwäbisch, but that wasn't a problem at all. Our kind host spoke perfect English with us without missing a beat.

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was really good. I stayed for two nights, and the rooms felt cozy.

A nice, affordable house in the German style. The owner is great, and the house is lovely. It’s very close to Rothaus Brewery, though the Schluchsee and Titisee lakes are a bit farther away.

The food is top notch, the views are lovely, and the rooms are lovely too. Thomas was really accommodating and made our holiday one to remember. Thanks, Thomas, for a great place to stay. sam sexton tina devlin

Great food and a great manager. I loved my stay here, except it took the single room a while to warm up, and it wasn’t even a very cold day.
