I only came for a meal at the restaurant. The hotel is older, but it’s well cared for and has plenty of character. The staff were attentive, and the food was quite good. I liked the burger, though the bun wasn’t really to my taste.

The nature around the hotel was beautiful, and our room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was really good too. Best place we stayed during our 10-day vacation. They’d even prepared treats for our dog, such a thoughtful touch. If we vacation in this area again, we’ll come back.

I’ve rarely stayed somewhere with such patient, kind employees throughout the whole visit. The restaurant is lovely too, with locally sourced food that tastes like your grandmother made it. I can absolutely recommend coming for an afternoon or staying here. The place feels magical. Be sure to check out the lake, and bring your pants for a swim.

Wellness was great, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The forest around the hotel is magnificent, and the kids had a great time in the swimming pool. We had a really relaxing stay, with three or four vegan choices available for dinner.
