The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a mini-fridge and a little table with two chairs. There was space to unpack, and hotel and restaurant parking was nearby. The lake and shops were a very short 5-minute walk away. Don't miss dinner at the restaurant, the chateaubriand was perfection.

We were only a short walk from the lake, with designated parking and fantastic service. The food was amazing. The restaurant was empty at dinner since it's away from the main block of restaurants, but the wine and fresh fish were far above expectations. Breakfast is absolutely worth choosing as part of your stay, it's a lavish spread with everything you could ask for. A perfect place for our trip.

Dinner was phenomenal: Chef Thomas's choice of fresh local fish fillets, each prepared differently, came with exquisite vegetables and pasta. It was an outstanding meal in a wonderful setting, and one we'll never forget. Thomas, Karolina & Valentina were gracious, fantastic hosts, and the hotel was clean and comfortable, just a few blocks from Bodensee. Thank you so much, Thomas, Karolina & Valentina! 😋💙😋❣️

I had a bad experience. It was very hot in the room, with no air conditioning or fans, and there were flies. We ate dinner there too: two portions of rice cost 7 euro. The BBQ lamb, 4 beers and 2 salads came to 57 euro, which felt so expensive. The owner was rude. I'll never come back.

The service was friendly and knowledgeable, and the wine and liqueurs were delicious. The meat is aged, tender, and tasty, and they'll explain what they mean by "blue" and cook it exactly as you ask. If you want food prepared the way it should be, especially meat, give this place a try. It's not cheap, though not ridiculously expensive either, and well worth the walk up to the corner.
