The rooms were run down, with wood-like flooring that had holes in it, dirty walls, and dust and grime tucked away in many places. The covers were thin, there was no proper heating in the room, and there was no morning buffet breakfast like the picture showed. The place was mouldy, and the reception door was locked, so we couldn't get in. The person listed as the way to reach the hotel didn't answer. When I called the number, someone eventually picked up and seemed annoyed. They didn't understand English very well, repeated the same thing several times, then hung up. After I searched for another number, someone answered, came up, and opened the front reception door. Worst hotel ever.

A disaster, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy, the carpet damaged, and the bed was uncomfortable and dirty, with a very thin, cold blanket. There was no heating or even a kettle to boil water. The receptionist was completely uncompromising, and the service was very bad. I would never recommend staying here, not even by mistake.

For the price, it wasn't bad. My check-in at 20:15 was easy and friendly, though I heard others had trouble checking in after 21:00. The hotel felt a bit old, but my room was clean, good, and safe. It's very close to the bus and Bahn and to Harburg Bahnhof. The bed was really uncomfortable, and the area felt a bit unsafe late at night.

Fine for a couple of days, but the service could be better. Nobody even greeted me at check-in, and the conditions could use some improvement. There was a “kitchen” in the room, but no staff member was available for it.

The hotel feels a little neglected, but it works for a night or two. It's right in the city center, with nearly every kind of restaurant nearby. Evenings can get pretty noisy around there.
