After several months of messages with the staff, the partial refund we had agreed on still hadn’t arrived. Their communication was unfriendly and unprofessional, and they showed no real willingness to fix the problem. We decided to leave because of the condition of the accommodation. The hotel didn’t even apologize, though they agreed to return part of what we paid. We had booked four separate units for five nights through Booking and paid in full in advance. What we found was nothing like the pictures. The place was dirty and untidy: the bed linen hadn’t been changed, with what looked like urine and blood stains in some spots. There were crumbs and rubbish on the floors, unclean bathrooms, some clogged toilets, and no hot water. We’re sharing this so others know what happened, and attached photos to document it.

A cheap option if you just need somewhere to sleep or want to see Hamburg on a smaller budget. The price is very reasonable for the city. My room was simple but clean, with a decent TV, desk, and bed. The window faced a wall, so there was no nice view. There are around 8 parking spaces on site, which should be enough as long as it isn’t full.

I was there for two months, moving between a few rooms. Some were nicer than others, but they were all comfortable enough. There's no kettle, though buying one was cheap. The staff are friendly, and you only have to ask if you need anything.

It's in a really friendly area, with shops, places to eat, buses, and trains nearby.

The bed is firm, the WiFi is good, and transit is just a short walk away. The place itself is plain and a bit old, but decent.
