Being close to the main train station makes the hotel a convenient choice. But there were BED BUGS (die Bettwanze) in our room. Staff offered us another room, but all our belongings had already been infested in the first one.

The internet was very reliable, and the receptionist was nice. But the elevator was out of order, and there was no breakfast, even though the booking had described it as an optional 14 euro breakfast. The room had an old-carpet smell. The mattress was much too soft for me, though it might suit someone who likes a very soft bed.

Friendly, professional staff, and a cozy room with a really comfortable bed. The shower was hot too, all for a very reasonable price. Help I Kind

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable. Hotel Polo am ZOB is especially good value given how close it is to the main train station. Prices are very affordable, so it's a solid choice if you want somewhere decent without spending a lot. Highly recommended for budget travelers.
