The rooms, food, and cleanliness were all at a high standard, and the booking and earlier business communication went smoothly. But on arrival, our group of three, booked well ahead for a business trip, was split across different floors. We also got the impression the afternoon receptionist disliked us speaking Polish to each other. Although parking had been confirmed by phone, we were first told our car was too long. The morning desk found us a spot right away, while the afternoon staff didn’t answer the phone and seemed unhappy about opening the garage. After my colleague spoke with the manager, their attitude changed. The facilities are good, but that afternoon reception experience felt unprofessional and disappointing enough that I can’t recommend the hotel for business or an international setting.

I really enjoyed my stay. There was lots of choice at breakfast, including plenty of vegan food, and my room was spacious.

The staff are consistently kind and helpful, and the location is very good. There’s a wide range of rooms, from compact ones to spacious apartments with kitchens. Worth visiting.

The staff were polite and welcoming, and especially helpful once they knew we were tourists. They even had a bowl of apples for guests, and they were delicious. The room was clean, and it was easy to get downtown or walk by the lake and river, which is one of the nicest areas for a stroll. There are two pleasant coffee spots nearby, good for meeting friends or relaxing alone. Parking at the hotel costs €21, though it’s only suitable for small cars. There are also plenty of paid spaces out front, €8 for 2-3 hours.
