The staff were warm and attentive, and public transport is right across the street. There are good restaurants and bars nearby, plus a musical theatre. The rooms are really spacious.

The staff were kind and professional, and the big rooms had everything we needed. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back. ❤️

We had a lovely New Year getaway in rainy Hamburg, visiting museums, galleries, and recommended cafes and restaurants. The hotel's sauna was a great way to warm up in the evenings, and this charming boutique hotel was the highlight of our trip. Service was fantastic, and the New Year's Eve menu was delicious, with staff who were so attentive. Breakfast had a large, tasty buffet selection, and they even made cooked oat porridge on request. Thank you for giving us a stay we'll remember fondly.

The area was the one drawback for me, with too much graffiti on the buildings and a location too far from the city centre. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my stay. My room was five-star, and the staff showed real care and understanding.
