4/10
The location was great, with the subway about a 10-minute walk away, but I wouldn't book this place again. It looks better in the pictures than in real life. The accommodation was dirty, poorly equipped, and had lots of defects. There was water damage by the entrance, and the bed was so broken you couldn't even move on the slats. Only one bathroom light worked, and even that seemed about to break. When I raised the problems with the owner, she made excuses, and communication generally felt strange.

The neighborhood is a quiet mix of big apartment blocks and single-family homes. Bus and subway stops are within walking distance, and the city center takes 45 minutes to reach. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and furnished in a modern style, with a kitchen and shower room. The beds are comfortable, though moisture has damaged the laminate flooring in the entrance.

It was perfectly adequate overall, but there was no heating or hot water on the first day. Some of the grout is moldy, and what seemed like a double bed was actually two single beds.

You can tell a lot of care went into furnishing this lovely apartment. It was very clean and well maintained, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

Everything was perfect, and the accommodation was superb. Great location too. I'd gladly return.
