Boardinghouse St.Pauli

I was new to Hamburg and Germany, and I don’t speak German, but the staff all spoke very good English, which made communication easy. They helped my family a lot, and we stayed for more than 30 days without a single issue. Even though the hotel is near pubs and party areas, it felt safe, and we had a peaceful stay. I really recommend it for families. Special thanks to the staff. 👏

We’ve been coming back to Boarding House St Pauli nearly every Christmas for the past couple of years, my boyfriend and me. Before that we used Airbnb, but we loved this place enough to keep choosing it. The apartments are clean, modern, and have everything you need, from a coffee machine, stove, and kettle to a TV. The beds are comfortable, the showers have great pressure, and the bedrooms have night blinds for people who like a dark room. There’s even a laundry room in the basement. The rooms are surprisingly quiet given how close they are to the lively area, and the location is handy for everything, including supermarkets. The reception staff are always so friendly, and it feels like a home away from home. The prices have also been good value compared with other places. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the people were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Great location too. I couldn’t recommend it more for a short or medium-term stay.

The reception team were so friendly and helpful. They handled a few requests for us without any trouble. Our apartment was very clean, with daily cleaning, a comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom.
