These First Class Apartments are a luxurious place to stay in Hamburg, with spacious rooms, quality furniture, elegant decor, and modern technology. The mix of elegance and modern design is appealing as soon as you walk in. Service was remarkable too, with professional, attentive staff ready to make the stay pleasant. From booking through departure, guests are treated like royalty. The location is another advantage. The apartments are often near attractions, shopping, and top restaurants, which makes it easy to make the most of a visit. They aren't the most budget-friendly option, of course, but for an unforgettable luxury stay, they are an excellent choice. Business travelers, couples, and families all have the chance to experience Hamburg in a stylish, sophisticated setting.

The room was spotless, with a mini-fridge and coffee machine I could use, plus free Netflix on the TV. The bathroom was even cleaner and better than some I’ve seen in five-star hotels. Klaus was welcoming from the start, and I enjoyed chatting with him and meeting his lovely pinscher, Flora. He was easy to approach with questions and shared local tips you wouldn’t usually get as a tourist. He also showed me around Hamburg Altona, which helped me get my bearings. I still laugh about the restaurant visit with the two clowns. The stay itself was peaceful, and Altona train station is an easy walk away. You can walk to the Reeperbahn too, or use public transport. Parking nearby with a visitor’s pass worked out fine, despite my initial worry about the limited space. My friend’s car got unwanted Hamburg souvenirs after being left in a pricey hotel garage, so I was glad that didn’t happen to mine. The surrounding apartment blocks aren’t especially nice, but the FirstClass Apartments stand out as a gem in Altona. It was my first Airbnb stay and a really pleasant one. If you want peace and quiet on holiday and don’t mind public transport, this place is a good fit. Klaus, if you read this, give Flora a treat!

Our technicians were thrilled with the stay. The place was very clean, the host was fantastic, and having the fridge stocked for breakfast was a big hit. The office communication was incredibly friendly too. Highly recommended, thumbs up all around! :-) Great landlord.

We’d definitely stay here again if we came back to Hamburg. The host was very friendly, answered all our questions, and was readily available. The apartment is comfortable, with good beds and a kitchen equipped with what you need for a pleasant stay. It isn’t very large, but the layout makes good use of the space and all the rooms feel spacious. It’s on a quiet street in Altona, close to busier streets with lots of shops and a wide range of restaurants. Altona train station is less than a relaxed 10-minute walk away, and there are good bus connections to the city center. For a large city, getting to the center in about 20-25 minutes is worth mentioning.
