This was the worst hotel experience I've had, even though I've worked in hotels, including as a receptionist. I definitely can't recommend it. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the walls seemed poorly insulated, so there was constant noise from other rooms. Even with my room door locked, the man at the front desk came in without knocking. They did this, with no regard for whether I might be naked or need privacy. I also asked for the room to be cleaned and for fresh sheets, then got charged extra. A friend visited for an hour, and the man at the front desk knocked and claimed my friend had slept there the night before, so I'd have to pay extra. I asked if there was proof or camera footage. There was no proof my friend had slept with me, but he stated it very definitively. Only the cleaning staff had seen my friend enter during the day. I felt embarrassed in front of my friend. When I said I wouldn't stay any longer, he arrogantly replied, "No problem, we're always full."

The rooms are decent, but the decoration is awful. The bathroom is shared, by the way, and the fake plastic plant tiles on the walls are badly glued. You end up brushing against them, including in the shower.

I expected less from a hostel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice fans and modern locks. There was also plenty of space to hang out, and the decor is creative. The bathrooms are separate rooms, not one big area of showers and toilets side by side, so you get plenty of privacy.

Thanks for the coffee and Christmas tree in the kitchen, at least. But with the amount we paid, I expected the doors in the toilets and rooms to be fixed so they wouldn't squeak so loudly. Most people come here to sleep! We rented the room for the nights of December 30 and 31. It was near a toilet whose door squeaked and woke us every time someone used it. Another toilet door squeaked too, and so did our own room door. Is it really that hard to fix them?
