Nothing was really bad, but nothing stood out as good either. A decent budget option, with plenty of nice things to see and do within walking distance. The desk staff were very helpful. The beds are quite hard and the room feels a bit old, though everything works.

The room was clean but small, with a tiny shower cabin. It's close to Bergedorf town center and not far from the train station. Greater Hamburg was pretty booked that weekend because of the Hafengeburtstag, but 129 EUR for Saturday night still felt far too steep for this room.

We only stayed for one night. The welcome was warm and friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable.

I've never seen such an old hotel. We were in room 21, and the sofa for the third person was very uncomfortable. Hygiene was poor overall, and the place badly needs renovation.

A nice hotel, though age has left it a little worn.
