The room was cleaned every day, and the one bright spot was a wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast room. These stars are for her. Otherwise, the TV had no signal and there was no wifi in my room. I complained regularly, but nothing was fixed, and they kept saying the technician knew about it. I'm not sure how this can count as a four-star hotel unless the rating system has changed. It's near a station frequented by homeless people and beggars. A good fit if you like grumpy, unhelpful staff and a forced digital detox.

The staff were lovely, the rooms were good, and the price was fair. If you're going to c3 on a tight budget, this works well. It's only two S-bahn stops from dammtor/CCH.

The room was small, very expensive, and unfortunately not clean. A female manager with glasses was there in the morning and treated us very badly.

The rooms were a decent size, though not especially spacious. Staff were courteous, and it's close to transportation. A nice place.

The morning staff were great, and most of the evening staff were too. The barman, though, was terrible. I politely asked for a glass of ice to take up to our room and was abruptly told ice was only for people in the bar. The way he said it was the problem, more than the words themselves. It didn't spoil our lovely break. The hotel was clean and okay, but pokey, and it isn't four-star by the standards you'd expect in Ireland or England.
