The service is a relative thing here, since these are unattended apartments and there's little need to deal with staff. Still, they answered our questions quickly. The place was clean, with a working shower and heating, and shared use of a microwave and laundry facilities. It's close to the station, across from a shopping precinct, and we enjoyed walking into Hamburg. It isn't the cheapest.

The owner was very nice and made an effort to meet our needs. Contacting him was quick whenever we needed something. The code system made check-in easy, and we didn't have to remember or carry a key. We stayed four nights in an apartment and really enjoyed it. The room had everything we needed, was clean, and had comfortable beds and pillows and a good temperature. Despite a big junction nearby, the good windows kept it very quiet. It's very close to the U-bahn and a stadtrad station. Hamburg is such an amazing city!
