The breakfast was excellent, and the employees were friendly. They even offered to store our folding bikes on the ground floor. It's a simple but tidy hotel, and we'd definitely book again at this fair price for the service. The neighborhood can be noisy. We stayed on a Friday night in a street-facing room, which may have been why, but with the window closed we still got a great night's sleep.

Friendly staff, and the hotel is clean, but it's very pricey. It's right by the Reeperbahn, which is handy if you're here for drinks and partying, less so if you're visiting friends or family. The rooms are non-smoking, yet the whole floors smelled of stale smoke and perfume. I wouldn't recommend it to my mom, for example. I didn't try the breakfast.

The cleaning staff took all my things from the room, then claimed they hadn't. The hotel refunded me only 10€. I believe it was theft. Just want people to know, DON'T BOOK YOUR ROOM AT THIS HOTEL 😡😡😡

My basic needs were covered: comfy beds, a good bathroom, and free breakfast in a lovely buffet room. It was great value for money, with the city more or less right there and the Reeperbahn nearby.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and the price was good. The area felt a bit sketchy, but the hotel is right in the middle of everything and the staff were nice.
