Hamburg Nord Apartments

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, from dishes, coffee pods, and soap to a dishwasher and washer-dryer. There was a Lidl across the street, restaurants nearby, and a direct bus into the city center. We were completely satisfied and would happily return.

We had a modern, cozy, clean apartment for two nights, and there was water and a small bottle of wine waiting on the table when we arrived. Parking was easy to find. We had a minor problem with the access code at first, but the landlord was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.

The apartment was fine for sleeping and had everything needed. It was modernly furnished. Cleanliness could have been better, but it was still acceptable.

At first glance, the room, or really the whole house, seemed decent. But our TV was broken, a chair was missing a screw and felt unsafe, and the light above the bed barely worked. The hygiene needs a refresher course. As the pictures show, we had to clean everything thoroughly and change the bed linen when we arrived. A dirty bathroom towel was the least of it. They tried to reach us on the first day by knocking without warning, not by email or phone. I found that disruptive, especially since I hadn't come to Hamburg for fun. I wouldn't rate the place above three stars, don't get why others review it so well, and won't stay here again.
