A lovely breakfast and a great location, with staff who are super friendly. This is a small luxury hotel with a personal feel, and a good fit if you value quality over quantity. A special place I’d gladly return to.

The team made our stay really special, thank you! Breakfast was healthy and delicious, prepared in front of you in the kitchen. It’s easy to walk into central Hamburg, even with children, and public transport is close by if you need it. There’s also free parking for electric cars. A wonderful boutique hotel with superb service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a nice area, and I love the interior. Everything feels new and modern, and I adore the organic bathroom products. We did have a problem with our room door: the lock was broken, so we couldn’t lock it from inside. Breakfast seemed a bit overpriced, though we didn’t try it.

The showers were really comfortable, and the staff were nice, but that was about the only good thing for me. I travel a lot and have stayed in plenty of hostels, and this was probably the worst. The rooms look good but are quite small, with no table to eat at. Breakfast isn’t included and costs 22 euros for very little choice. I basically paid 22 euros for coffee and a fried egg. You also need to arrive before 9 p.m. or contact them in advance, which is awkward when getting to Hamburg can be difficult. The price is hard to justify.
