A horrifying stay. The location was awful, the rooms were horrible, and there was no room service. There's an adult dungeon downstairs. In our room, the dungeon's logo was on the floor, and beside the shower was a couch, apparently so people could watch you shower. There was another shower head above the couch. The whole place was an absolute mess, with liquid dripping from the ceiling in several spots, mold everywhere and a terrible smell. My earlier reviews were removed because of the factual wording I used to describe the place. Never, ever stay here.

The room was cute, tiny, clean and comfortable. I loved it. We stayed two nights, and Stellingen station was about a six-minute walk away, with an S-Bahn every 3-5 minutes. Reception was a little complicated, and with no lift we had to haul our things up to the fourth floor.

Check-in was a mess. The door was locked, and nobody answered the bell, so we had to call the guy. It took him about five minutes to come downstairs. There was no elevator, and the top floor meant climbing around eight flights of stairs. Pay €20-50 more and stay at a decent hotel.

Fine for one night after a concert, though it can be noisy. Our colonial Room looked just like the photos. The water kettle didn't work, and the TV only had basic channels.

The bed was very comfortable, but the rooms were cold and there was no coffee or tea in the room. They don't speak English.
