Suites Hamburg City

The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the nearest metro, then another five minutes to the main station. The room was acceptable, with a pan, cutlery, and cleaning supplies, and they provide daily room cleaning and fresh towels. But the windows and dampness were awful, and the rooms clearly aren't soundproof. You can hear someone speaking calmly inside. I would only suggest staying here if you're really on a budget in Hamburg, since you can surely find something equivalent that's better otherwise.

This place means a lot to me for a very personal reason: it's where I was conceived. Its beautiful surroundings and top-notch service make each visit even more meaningful.

The renovated room we had was clean and tidy, and I had a great experience. Elias at reception was especially kind and helped us with our luggage. If I come back to Hamburg, I'll definitely stay at this apartment hotel again.

It's cheap and close to the U-Bahn, so getting to the city center is easy. But the room wasn't clean: there were dirty cups and cutlery, a half-full bottle of water left by a previous guest, and a floor that clearly hadn't been vacuumed. It felt like they were careless about cleaning and checking rooms, with several things left behind by earlier guests.
