Baltica Hamburg Altona

Sara was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my daughter really bonded with her. Sorry for how much she disturbed you, Sara. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I have nothing to complain about. It's practical and well priced, with an excellent location, spacious underground parking and a safe place for bicycles. The rooms are small but very clean, with a high-quality bed and a great shower. Thanks for everything. We'll choose it again next time we're in Hamburg.

We needed the room temperature adjusted, and Christian and his colleague responded right away and were very helpful. The rooms were clean and nice, the staff were caring and friendly, and breakfast was very nice too. The location is excellent, close to bus and metro stations and with easy access to the city. We had a great stay and a very good experience.

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted so warmly. The atmosphere felt familiar right away. The open entrance into the spacious lounge was a lovely surprise, with simple, orderly architecture and a clean, clear feel that had a contemporary "Zeitgeist" to it. The hotel design and its practical layout have a calming effect. Don't miss breakfast, it's fresh and the service is great. I can fully recommend this hotel. Thanks for the great service, I'll happily come back!

Raymond, the night porter, made our late arrival easy. We’d been emailing about parking access on the way, and he quickly showed us where to park, brought us a beer, and gave us helpful local tips. Sarah was just as friendly and helpful the next morning. The hotel itself is new and thoughtfully designed, and its central Hamburg location with parking suited us well. Fantastic place, we’ll use it again.
