Ibis Budget Hamburg City Ost

The kids loved the family room setup. We had a regular double bed, a bed tucked into the corner, and a raised bed. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. I'd recommend it.

Service was good, and the place was clean, but the rooms are tiny and this is very much a budget hotel. There's no fridge, hair dryer, cupboard, kettle, iron, ironing board, TV, or similar extras, and suitcases have to fit under the bed. We were also disappointed that our 10-night stay didn't count toward our All Accor points. If you're fine with those limits, it may suit you. One star is generous.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the family room felt bare and a bit sad, with no decoration. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We had breakfast included, and it was basic but fine.
