Modern, clean and spacious rooms, with the comforts of home alongside hotel services. It worked well for my stay, and would suit a short visit or a longer one. Highly recommended!

I was in Hamburg on a business trip, and master Altona was a great setup. The apartments were spacious and super clean, and the floor heating in the bathroom deserves a mention. Having access to the gym and sauna was a real plus. The warm, thoughtful service made me feel at home.

Easy to reach by car, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple and unmanned, just use the pin. Very nice.

The location made getting around easy, with plenty of public transport, small Christmas markets, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Hamburg Airport is about 40 minutes away by direct train. I stayed in December for several nights, and it wasn’t expensive. There’s no on-site staff, but messages through the app got quick replies. You use one code to check in and open the studio door, which I’d never seen before, but it worked perfectly. The studios are beautifully and efficiently laid out, and I could easily live here. I’d definitely stay again.

My parents stayed for two weeks and were happy with it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, even with salt and olive oil. Staff were very friendly and quick to respond when we needed anything, especially through WhatsApp. Online check-in was convenient, and the bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!
