The location worked well for getting into downtown Hamburg by public transport, which took about 40 minutes. Shops were nearby too, handy if you need drinks or snacks for the night. Our room was very clean and had all the equipment we needed.

We stayed for three nights over New Year's and had a nice time. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The team were kind, respectful, and helpful, and breakfast options were very fresh. The U-Bahn is just a six-minute walk away.

The rooms were lovely. Shops and public transport are super close, which makes the location great.

We were able to check in at 9 in the morning after a long flight, even though we'd thought we'd have to wait until 3 pm. That early check-in let us rest and freshen up before our New Year party. Thanks so much, guys! The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is great. This hotel was wonderful, highly recommended.

We'll stay here again. Breakfast was good, and they had gluten-free options, which you don't find everywhere in Germany. The hotel was clean and nice, with good beds. I hadn't realized there was a charge, but that was totally okay.
