It was okay, but a few basic improvements would help. There was no place to store bags after checkout, and the sound insulation could be better. The rooms could use some updating too. On a very cold day, the heating wasn’t working; when I texted, they told me I had to turn it all the way up for it to start. I should have been told that at the beginning of my stay.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the three bed economy room was not worth what we paid. There wasn’t even a sink in the room, and reaching the bathroom meant going through reception and down a flight of stairs. The beds were really uncomfortable.

There was no luggage storage or reception service. The description on agoda was completely wrong. They listed phone numbers for support, but the numbers either didn’t work, weren’t answered, or were invalid.

When my flight was cancelled, I knew my room was non-refundable, but I still asked whether they could help. They wouldn’t return the money, offer a voucher, or even move the dates so I could stay when I was able to fly. I’ve stayed here before and had no issue with the hotel itself, but this time I felt like my rights didn’t matter. It seemed all they cared about was keeping the payment.
