Really excellent place!

Just perfect.

I’ve now been billed more than 200 euros because the owner apparently tried to have my car towed. I’d already gone, since my visit was brief, so I never even saw the tow truck. I’m being charged for a wasted trip, which I find outrageous. I understand she doesn’t want people parking illegally on her private property, but having a car towed straight away feels incredibly unsympathetic. There were other ways to handle it, like asking her guests first. It makes me think she wasn’t interested in resolving things peacefully. I’m also surprised, since she gains nothing from having my car towed. As a vacation rental owner, she should care about online reviews, and this will earn her a bad one. She’s also lost two guests who might have come back. I was visiting people who had rented an apartment at Villa Rosali. They were the only guests then, and the other apartments were empty. There’s a parking lot behind the building with several guest spaces, so I parked there for no more than half an hour. There was plenty of room, I was visiting Villa Rosali guests and felt I was part of their group, and I parked properly without blocking the entrance, exit, or any other space.

Our bedroom faced the street, and the apartment is on a busy main road. Even the modern, well-insulated windows couldn’t shut out all the noise. Still, it’s a beautifully furnished holiday apartment, clean, with easy access and check-in.
