The tiny bedroom window looked out onto the rubbish bins, with an unpleasant smell and a view that was far from ideal. Check-in was frustrating too: it relied only on codes and overly complicated instructions, and one of the automatic check-in machines wasn't working. There was no assistance or timely information. A bad experience, and I doubt I'll come back. Definitely not recommended.

I booked a double room through booking.com in December 2022 for my wife and me to stay in April 2023, and paid the full amount up front. When we arrived around 15:30, after the confirmed 15:00 check-in time, they said they were overbooked and couldn't give us a double. They could only offer two single rooms on separate floors. It was absurd, but I accepted. The first room I entered hadn't been cleaned at all, as the pictures show. I called again, and they said they would cancel the reservation and told me to contact booking.com. Special thanks to booking.com for being attentive and helpful. Check-in is fully automated, with an iPad and cards to code your room key, and there's no reception staff. On weekends they offer no help after 19:00, so think twice if you're arriving late. There's no elevator, which would be a disaster with heavy luggage. The rooms are small, and without a reception I didn't feel secure there. I wonder how they keep the rooms secure. You can't trust this hotel. I really don't advise staying there. Think twice!

My three-bed private room was decent-sized and had the amenities listed, but the hotel's Wi-Fi was really, really bad. Forget working remotely from here. I don't recommend the place. Check-in was one of the worst I've experienced. It's “autonomous,” so you have to manage it yourself on a tablet, then get the key card registered to your room. We spent 30 to 60 minutes trying to make it work and almost booked another hotel before it finally went through.

The manager kindly helped carry my luggage up to the third floor, but getting it back down was quite a workout. There's no elevator, and the room was small, though clean and decent. They didn't clean it even after I asked. If you stay here, don't bring big bags or choose a higher floor. And if you do, hope your legs and arms are up to it, and pray your wish for strength comes true.
