The team were lovely, always smiling, and the service was very good. The food itself wasn't tasty, though, and took a long time to arrive. We waited at least 30 minutes.

The doner was good quality, and the Ali Nazik tasted delicious, though it was a little oily. I wasn't keen on the music playing on the TV.

I've been three times, but I'm not sure I'll return. The food is good and the staff are friendly, though the presentation could be better. Upstairs is the nicer place to sit, with some nice decorations, but it can get quite loud when lots of families with kids are there. One waiter in particular seems to expect a tip. He even said so once, then tried to pass it off as a joke. This isn't somewhere tips should be mandatory. I tip only when I choose to and am fully satisfied. That same waiter once told me card payment wasn't available that day, though it was. And when paying cash, they don't give you a proper receipt.

Parking can be a problem in the city center, but public transport is very convenient, and there's a multi-storey car park just one street away. The grills are all fantastic. I'd recommend trying the "Döner" before you leave.
