A beautiful, authentic place with lovely staff. The price is very reasonable and includes a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and had everything needed, and there was a special area for parking bikes.

Mrs. Westmeyer gives you a warm welcome, and she's already serving a generous breakfast at 6:30 a.m. Before that, you're greeted by three huge oak trees in the middle of the farmyard. The room is rustic and Westphalian, a bit dark but very cozy, and the massive oak beams make you feel safe and settled. The rooms meet a good hotel standard and have mosquito nets. The only thing to fault might be the "country air," but that's part of staying on a working farm with animals. The excellent Klosterpforte restaurant is just a short walk away!

The atmosphere was wonderful, with thoughtful details throughout. The hotel is lovely, clean, and clearly run with care. The owners were friendly, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious, had everything you could want, and the stay was excellent value for money.
