The setting was lovely, and breakfast was great. We hadn't booked one of the best rooms, but ours was still very clean and well equipped. We really liked it.

The marble interior made us feel like royalty, and the park and short walk to the castle were lovely. It's also a great place for hiking, brunch, or family gatherings, and it was great with the kids. Everything was very clean, the spa was great, and the staff were especially friendly and courteous. Dinner and breakfast were both exquisitely done. We'd come back anytime.

We only came for dinner, so I can't comment on the rooms. The food and service were outstanding. We tried the sea bass and pork cheeks, and both were a real culinary treat. Main courses are pricey at 30-40€, but worth it, while drinks are more normally priced. For three courses, an aperitivo, and wine, as I'd suggest, expect around 80-100€ per person. The area isn't known for many excellent dining options or polished service, so this was a welcome surprise.

The food was delicious and made with local products, and the room was clean right down to the bathroom. Fresh bedding made our stay fantastic. The customer service was amazing too. We had a really nice wedding here, and the place itself is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, though the food wasn't as good as we'd expected.
