We'd booked and paid, then arrived around 6 pm to check in and were told by the host there was no space left. “Not my problem, do what you want.” Thanks for a truly crazy evening!

They double-booked us despite a verbal agreement, then only told me two weeks before my holiday, even though they said they'd known for some time. There was no concrete solution offered. If you need a guaranteed booking for your holiday, you'd be better off going somewhere else.

The cottage, garden, and surroundings were ideal for our dog when we stayed at the Kruses' holiday cottage right on the Havel River in 2019, around horse market time. The hosts were friendly and attentive without getting in the way. It was quite warm inside because of the building's construction and the tropical heat, but the amenities more than made up for it. We'll definitely return...

The website prices are wrong, it's twice as much. We found somewhere else locally.
