acor Boutique Hotel

The rooms were fine and the location is excellent. Parking is limited to five cars, so it’s worth booking ahead if you can. We forgot to reserve and paid 20 euros per day. I think the hotel parking is about 5 euros cheaper than the municipal lot.

We really appreciated the lift, especially with an elderly family member, and the staff were extremely kind when she accidentally locked herself in her room. That will stick in our memory. We stayed eight nights at the Acor Hotel in Heidelberg. The rooms were basic but very clean, breakfast was good, and the laundry service came in handy. The bus stop and Altstadt are close, but street-facing rooms get pretty noisy with the windows open. In mid-June it was too hot to keep them shut, so bring earplugs.

The room was pleasant, clean, and had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom. Check-in was very smooth, with clear instructions for both arrival and parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked a space in front of the hotel for the night, listed at €15, but the woman handling checkout was in such a good mood that she didn't charge us at all ☀️. The hotel was very clean and nice, right by the altstadt, and breakfast had plenty of choices.
