The reception team at Hilton Heidelberg were warm, friendly, and professional, and their excellent English made everything easy to communicate. I was impressed enough to send feedback through Hilton's official internal channel so the team would be recognized. Three people in particular made my visit memorable. Johannes UNHOLZ handled everything carefully and professionally, was patient, and made sure my needs were met. Jessica Rupsch was sweet, kind, friendly, and patient, and her warm hospitality made me feel at home when I felt bad. I didn't catch the name of the lady with the new beautiful manicure, but she was gentle, kind, and patient too. Thank you all for the outstanding service. Team members like these make Hilton Heidelbelg my top choice.

Our stay at the Hilton Heidelberg was shortened unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled, which made the situation stressful. Daniela Telle helped us from the moment we arrived, kindly arranging a room upgrade and doing everything she could to make our short visit comfortable, smooth, and memorable. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care helped us set aside the flight trouble and enjoy the hotel instead. We're very grateful to Daniela for turning a difficult situation into a great experience, and we'd happily return.

The location worked pretty well for us: it's close to the bus and tram station, Christmas markets, and shopping streets, though a bit far from the train station. It depends on how you're travelling. The rooms were cozy and tidy, and the amenities and facilities were sufficient. Breakfast was delightful, with a glass ceiling and amazing service. What a way to start the day!

The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, fresh food, and a nice presentation. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I travel frequently from Dubai and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but Hilton Hotel impressed me and exceeded my expectations. I was warmly welcomed on arrival. Elias Yilmaz, the reception Supervisor, was especially professional and helpful. He patiently and kindly took the time to answer all my questions, and his attentive service made my stay better. I'll gladly return!!!
