The prices feel far too high for what you get, and the staff were extremely unfriendly. The bungalows seem stuck in the GDR era, as if nothing has been updated since the 1990s, and they have a really unpleasant smell. I wouldn't recommend it.

Everyone working there was warm and friendly, and our bungalow was clean and well cared for. We were there over Pentecost weekend and would happily return.

We were after some peace and quiet and found just that. The fragrant pines and lake with its lovely beach are right there in the forest, making it a great spot for nature lovers. We felt comfortable from the start, thanks to the warm welcome. Such a relaxing holiday, we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week at the Silz Holiday Village and loved coming back to its quiet lakeside setting in the evenings. The surrounding area was still great to explore when the weather wasn't ideal, and Malchow, Plau, and Waren are all worth visiting. Keep up the good work, we think the resort is wonderful and will definitely return. Best wishes from Volker Heß and family.

The beach area is lovely, with sand, sports facilities, and a big barbecue area, and the peaceful, idyllic setting works well for families with children. The bungalows are very basic, though. Sun loungers or even folding chairs would be a nice addition, and the table is too small for three people to eat or play cards comfortably.
