The room is upstairs, and with no other guests there, the bathroom beside it was just for our use. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent for the price: warm rolls, cheese, cold cuts, an egg, juice, jam, and fresh tea and coffee. There was no fruit, muesli, or yogurt. Some exterior work was going on, but the owner dealt with the inconvenience well. A lovely place with a very friendly host. I'd come back.

The place was quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable, tidy, and nicely decorated. I spent three days here and had a fantastic stay. The owner was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, welcoming me more like a friend than a guest. Thank you, Ruud, for everything.

The roomy layout of the upstairs rooms stood out, and the B&B had everything we needed. Ruud and Petra gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at ease straight away. We already know B&B Grenspaal 286 in Hillensberg/Selfkant and would happily recommend it.
