The rooms were clean and really nice, with shops and restaurants nearby. Parking space is the one problem.

🤣 The guy who answers customer calls needs to change. I only called to ask something, and he hung up on me because I asked about a week in advance.

We booked for two, but had to ask for a second duvet. There were no towels, glasses or coffee cups, and the kitchen equipment was incomplete. The place was unclean as well. This was our second stay, and we came away with nothing but negative things to say. Does the owner even check on the cleaning staff? Please look at your cleaning procedures. The way guests are treated is incredibly rude.
