The apartment itself was fine, but our stay wasn't relaxing because of several problems. Smoking and pets aren't allowed in the ground-floor apartment, yet a long-term tenant with three dogs lives in the basement, where smoking is allowed. The whole stairwell smelled extremely unpleasant. The bathroom and hallway lights were broken, and basic things like dishcloths and dishwasher tablets were missing. There was only one key for several guests, and reception was nearly impossible to reach.

We stayed as a couple and felt completely at ease. The apartment is spacious, bright, and quiet, with comfortable beds, a generous living room, a roomy kitchen, and a shower bathroom. It has everything you need, up in the upper part of Heligoland.

Everything was clean and well equipped for a holiday. Mocca Stuben, the on-site restaurant, is only a few meters away. There are also two Edeka supermarkets nearby, and the bakery with its delicious goods is about 30 meters away.

The terrace behind the apartment is a nice extra, and the mattresses were excellent. Renaissance 413 is on Heligoland's upper island and belongs to Hotel & Restaurant Mocca Stuben. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and television, while the living room has a large corner sofa, table, sideboard, and TV. The shower bathroom is well appointed too. The apartment is tastefully and luxuriously furnished, especially the kitchen, which has a stove, microwave, professional coffee machine, dishwasher, and a table with seating. A top-notch place for a Heligoland stay. Highly recommended for booking.

The island bakery is only 50 meters away, and the apartment itself is absolutely quiet, with a beautiful terrace. A top holiday apartment, hard to imagine anything better.
