Good breakfast, very friendly staff, and clean, spacious rooms and apartments with a great view. There’s a pleasant playground for kids right in front of the building, and the place is next to Helgoland’s “shopping area.” Be sure to reserve ahead when planning your trip.

Breakfast was generous and had something for every taste. It’s a very nice hotel right on the promenade, with very clean rooms and everything you need for a few days away.

Right by the islands’ well-known Lung wai road, the hotel has wonderfully spacious rooms with a perfect sea view. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The terrace is cozy, and there are thoughtful touches like flowered towels, boat-shaped foot towels, and triangular cushions with Helgoland themes. Books, magazines, and games are available to borrow, with a great selection. At lunchtime there are always two kinds of delicious homemade cake for self-service, and the varied breakfast is nicely presented. It feels cozy and family-run, with lots of friendly guests. The staff are super friendly, patient, helpful, and quick. You feel very comfortable here!
