The owners leave little scripture cards on the breakfast tables, reminding us all of God’s goodness. Our stay was brief but pleasant, and we’d stay again.

The rooms are large and super clean, with a beautiful view and great food. An excellent guesthouse, fully recommended for any length of stay.

We had to attend a family funeral in Herford, and the staff were very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us. When I first booked over the phone, it was for 2 doubles and a twin. No problem. I changed it to 3 doubles and a single, then to 4 doubles, and they handled every change without any issues. The hotel is in a lovely location, with gardens and a play area for the kids, and it’s only a 5 minute drive into Herford. Our rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. I thought the beds seemed quite hard at first, but I slept really well, and they were surprisingly comfy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, 100%. Nearly forgot the breakfast! I was very impressed with the buffet. Lush!!

Breakfast costs extra, but it’s worth every cent. There were various marmelades, egg, 4-5 kinds of cheese, fruit juice, milk, cereals, and more. The hotel is more than enough, in a peaceful location. The rooms on the top floor are very comfortable and large, with big windows that let the air flow in. Recommended if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep in this region.

I’d stay again to get the whole experience. My stay was pleasant, though having the bar and restaurant closed because of covid restrictions spoiled it a bit. I hadn’t been told about that when I booked.
