The location felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, and the room cost much more than I expected for what was offered. Customer service deserves minus stars. Breakfast, although included in the booking and paid for in advance, wasn’t available every day. We won’t be back. We arrived in the evening, expecting to connect the car to the power supply as agreed. But activating the charging station required a card, and none had been left at reception. Reception was closed, and nobody answered the customer phone number we’d been given. When we brought up the problem at checkout in the morning, there was no response. They simply didn’t care.

The breakfast was super, and the food was great. Every question we had got a response, and the staff were professional. I’d choose this hotel again without hesitation. Wishing you growth and prosperity, and see you again soon!

It’s a lovely, welcoming hotel, especially for families. The rooms are very comfortable, service is excellent, and it’s great that the restaurant stays open so late.
