Ferienwohnung Bergblick

The strict check-in time was a real problem for me. My flight was delayed, and if that happens, you can lose the first day and have to find somewhere else to stay. There’s no financial compensation for it. Communication was also difficult since the owner, who lives in the house, only speaks German, even though the apartment itself is excellent, clean, and practical.

We had a lovely, friendly relationship with the owners, who live downstairs, and our 8-year-old daughter quickly became friends with their children. We’d be happy to come back. The balcony is spacious and looks out over the Alps. The apartment is modern, on the first floor, and suited our family of four. There’s private parking, and extra beds are available for a fee. The kitchen has everything, including a dishwasher and microwave, while the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There’s a bakery two minutes away on foot, and supermarkets, including Netto in town and Aldi and Müller in Peiting, are a short drive away. Hohenpeißenberg also makes a good base for seeing tourist spots in Pfaffenwinkel and the surrounding area, all within about an hour by car. There’s a basement washing machine for a fee.

Our hosts were so friendly, and we had a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back.

It’s such a beautiful place!
