A clean, cozy hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast, parking, and nice restaurants nearby. It's a practical, affordable base for visiting the Christmas markets in Freiburg, Colmar, or Strasbourg.

A good place, with excellent customer service.

The former train station building is now a hotel, and you don't hear much of the S-Bahn from inside. There's no reception, so don't expect much in that regard. The service was very friendly, and our room was spacious, warm, and clean, with a large bathroom and bathtub. The paint was peeling on the upholstered headboard where guests had leaned, and the thin bedsheet had small holes in places.

The hosts were super friendly, and breakfast was hearty and very good. Everything was very clean, and the mattresses were so good that we rarely sleep this well in a hotel. It's a lovely little place, and we'd happily return if we're in the area.
