Hotel-Gasthof Kramerwirt

We stopped for a quick lunch on a long drive. The jaegerschitzel was nice, the service was friendly, and it's only a minute from the motorway. A great place to stop.

Good location, and the rooms are clean for a fair price. The staff are very friendly and look after you. In summer the terrace can get noisy, especially if your room is right above it. If you're staying overnight on a longer trip, ask for a quieter room.

They made our late arrival easy: the room was left open, with directions to find it, and communicating in English was no problem. Our family suite had plenty of space for my husband, me, our two daughters and my mother-in-law, with three large bedrooms and a large bathroom. Everything was comfortable and clean. A very good hot and cold breakfast is included in the room price. Perfect for an overnight stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi is free with a good connection. Staff work long hours but stay friendly and helpful. Food came quickly and was basic, but fine for the price. This is a nice, cheap place for a short stay or a stop along the way. I booked a family room for five and was disappointed that it had just one very small bathroom, with one toilet, a small shower and a small sink. My whole family also slept badly because the beds felt stiff as wood. That may suit some people, though.
